dVerse Land

Players can own "Land" and a "Home" in the Music Verse. Certain types of activities and Games played in or on that Land will generate revenue for the Player. In addition to purchasing Land from the dVerse, Players can transact in Land between each other, and Land can be rented or leased by one Player to another.

In the case of Land rentals, the Tenant Player will pay the Landlord Player a pre-negotiated percentage of the revenue generated by that Land.
